At Bridge Care & Support Services we pride ourselves on providing a professional and tailored service. All of our staff are mandatory trained in accordance to CQC and national healthcare standards, we provide ongoing training to maintain our excellent standard of service.

Home Care

We can provide you with both the physical and emotional support you may need when faced with disability or illness. We offer dignity and compassion along with practical support so you can a full and contented life at home.

From half an hour a day to 24/7, our flexible service is tailored to your needs and preferences.

Supported Living

Supported Living provides bespoke solutions to people with different levels of housing support and care needs, either living alone or sharing with other people in their homes.

Our service is person-centred and tailored around individual requirements. We put the hopes and aspirations of the people we support first.

Live-in Care

Live-in care is a great alternative to residential care, offering anything from domestic help to personal care. Staff are matched to your requirements in terms of skills, age and personality.

Our live-in carers also offer companionship and support in a familiar environment helping to maintain independence within the client’s home.

Specialist Care

We support people with all types of life altering conditions and illnesses. Experienced staff are specially trained to understand and meet your individual support needs. End of life, palliative, care is also available.

About Bridge Care & Support

For all your social care needs

Bridge Care & Support is a nurse-led care and support service. We use the nursing experience of our directors to address the increasingly complex needs of individuals being cared for in the community, who often have multiple chronic conditions.

Services are designed to maximise independence, building on the strengths of each individual to rebuild skills, live safely in their own home and maintain social and community connections.

We pride ourselves in our flexible and co-operative approach to our work to ensure the people who use our services receive a high quality service. Our services are registered with the Care Quality Commission ( CQC).
